Return
Returns are accepted for undamaged and unworn items within 14 days of receiving, and customers pay shipping unless there is a mistake on the seller’s end. To initiate a return, please contact us at Shop@bibliophiles.ca and we will begin the refund process.
Damage or breakages
If an item appears to be damaged or otherwise not in a salable condition when you receive it, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help – it may be that physically returning the item is unnecessary under some circumstances. If it is convenient to send us a photograph of the problem to Shop@bibliophiles.ca this can be very helpful.
Exchange
Based on how often stock is changing, exchanges are not accepted at this time. Thank you for understanding.
